I am a member of all these sites. With these sites you will earn some extra spending money. You will get emails sent to you almost every day (providing you join enough sites). They don't cost you anything to join, so you have nothing to lose. I suggest that you open a separate email account, just for these sites, maybe a gmail account www.mail.google.com that way your normal email account won't get bombarded with these. Plus it will allow you to set the time to go and earn.

Have Companies email you, with paid emails. All you have you to do is click on the tabs you see to the left and right of this text, join the ones you want. Then sit back and wait for the emails to come to you. Simply read the emails and click the link. Most will tell you how much you will be paid. If you don't want to click,.. well,.... you don't have to.

Earn extra money on some of the sites by referring others to join. Tell your friends and family, I'm sure they would like some extra money.
